Young Womens!

Within this past year I was called to the young Womens program and it has been such a blessing. I absolutely love it and it feels so close to home (probably since it feels like just yesterday when I was the young women). But like I said, I love it and it has become a big part of my life these days and thought I just might share a little of my joys that come from it. To the left we are at IHOP. Since we currently only have four girls total it has become tradition to take the girls to breakfast early in the morning for their birthday!

Now you may wonder why this crazy picture is here, but I just couldn't leave it out. I actually sewed it. I was slightly amazed with myself. For girls camp we are the purple lollipops and the girls wanted puffly dots all around the edges. So I found this ribbon with the tassle dots and went to work discovering that it took a little more thought to sew those three things together than I imagined, but it's amazing the things you can do when you just have to do it! The girls (and leaders) had do much fun decorating our flag!
